راشدہ رفعت کا ناول “حال دل” بہت پیاری اور پُرتاثیر تخلیق ہے۔۔۔ان کا اسلوبِ بیان میں جو بے ساختگی اور برجستگی کوٹ کوٹ کر بھری ہوتی ہے، وہ قاری کو اپنائیت کے ایک انوکھے احساس سے ہمکنار کرتی ہے۔۔
کہانی کا خلاصہ کچھ یوں ہے کہ ہیروئین کی والدہ کے انتقال کے بعد اس کا بھائی اپنی فیملی سمیت بیرونِ ملک منتقل ہونے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے، اور ساتھ ہی ہیروئین کی شادی کا معاملہ بھی ایک مسئلہ بن چکا ہے۔
یہ معمہ آخرکار حل ہوتا ہے، مگر کیسے؟ یہ ایک ایسا سرپرائز ہے جو کہانی پڑھنے کے بعد ہی آپ پر آشکار ہوگا، اس لیے اس رمز کو یہیں چھوڑنا ہی بہتر ہے۔۔
