ناول میں ایک ہی گھر میں بسنے والے سادہ مزاج لوگوں کا ذکر ہو،
خاندانی رشتوں کے مابین محبت و احترام ہو۔۔
کزنز اور بہن بھائیوں کا پیار ہو۔۔۔
چہروں پہ بےساختہ مسکراہٹیں بکھیرتے جملے اور لفظوں میں اپنائیت بھرا احساس ہو۔۔۔۔
تو سمجھ جائیں کہ آپ راشدہ رفعت کو پڑھ رہے ہیں۔۔۔
جی بالکل! ایسا ہی ہے۔ ایک بیحد خوبصورت انداز بیان رکھنے والی مصنفہ، جنکی تحریروں کا ہمیں بے صبری سے انتظار رہتا ہے۔۔۔
“سحر ہونے کو ہے” ناول بھی ایک ایسی ہی تحریر ہے جس میں ابا اور خالو کے انتہائی حساس نوعیت کے تعلقات کو بہت خوبصورتی سے لفظوں میں ڈھالا گیا ہے، ان کے دلوں میں ایک دوسرے کا احترام تو موجود ہے مگر برابری کا زعم بھی ہے۔۔۔
اگر دیکھا جائے تو حقیقتا بھی یہ ایک ایسا رشتہ ہے جس میں ہم آہنگی کم و بیش ہی دیکھنے کو ملتی ہے۔ ہم سب کی ہر دلعزیز راشدہ رفعت نے بھی اس ناول میں بیحد ہلکے پھلکے انداز میں ایسے ہی ایک منظر کا بہت خوبصورت خاکہ پیش کیا ہے۔
متدبر مگر غصیل سا “ارتضی” جوائنٹ فیملی میں رہنے والی، اپنی خالہ زاد “انزہ” کو پسند کرتا ہے لیکن کبھی اظہار نہیں کرتا۔ دونوں بہنیں خاندانی مشاورت سے انکی منگنی کر دیتی ہیں مگر انزہ، ارتضی کی بارعب شخصیت اور غصیلی طبعیت کی وجہ سے اس سے بہت ڈرتی ہے اور اس منگنی کو بھی سراسر ارتضی کی جانب سے کیا جانے والا ایک سمجھوتا گردانتی ہے۔۔۔۔
منگنی کے کچھ ہی عرصے بعد ارتضی کو کمپنی کی جانب سے دو سال کے لئے بیرون ملک بھیجا جا رہا ہے مگر انزہ کے والدین ارتضی کی روانگی سے قبل انکے نکاح کے لئے زور دینے لگتے ہیں، اس ساری صورتحال سے خائف ارتضی نکاح کے روز ہی رخصتی کا شوشا چھوڑ دیتا ہے، جیسے گھر والے بحالت مجبوری مان لیتے ہیں۔۔
ولیمہ کے فنکشن کے بعد جہاں انزہ اور ارتضی کے مابین بدگمانیاں رفع ہو جاتیں ہیں وہیں انکے والد کے مابین کسی بات پہ ٹھن جاتی ہے، اور اسکا خمیازہ ارتضی اور انزہ کے رشتے کو بھگتنا پڑتا ہے۔۔۔
خوشگوار اختتام کے ساتھ بہت خوبصورت اور ماہرانہ انداز میں لکھا یہ ناول آپکو ہنسائے گا بھی اور انزہ کی تکلیف پہ آزردہ بھی کرے گا۔۔

My Recommendation
